The church leadership consists of 5 Elders, Elders are responsible for the church and the people in it, they oversee the church and direct the church according to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Although one Elder has the leadership calling and whose role is to cast the vision of the church, the direction is not uniquely found in the Elders, we believe that each member of the church has a part to play in where we go as a church, we encourage the church to seek God for what He wants for their life.

We also have Trustees who are responsible for the operation of Eltham Green Fellowship Trust, they look after the financies, our policies and are legally responsible for the Church.

Deacons are people who are responsible for the practical side of church life, making sure things are running effectively and caring for the needy.

Outside of these roles, there are many others who lead and work in other activities without these people the church could not run effectively.
