The leadership development programme is a training course for new leaders. The course covers the fundamental aspects of leadership including, vision, leadership styles, team work, self-leadership and much more. We want to train up future leaders and give them the tools and training to be effective in their ministry. These recordings are only the lecture parts of the course, the group work was not recorded.
