Two thousand years ago a man called Jesus was sentenced to death on a cross. Crucifixion was a very common punishment for criminals in those days and Jesus was just one of the many who died this way. Then why is his death different from all the others? Jesus never wrote a book, never had a No.1 hit single, never opened or founded an organization; yet his death, whether despised or loved, is remembered all over the world today. Why?
